Elena Anfimova

Elena has worked for over 25 years on every side of the capital allocation table: equity investor, infrastructure project financier, fintech founder and board member.

She spent eight years managing approximately US$1.2B in equity assets at Firebird Management, including investments in factories in emerging markets, and two years managing a $2B portfolio at the IFC across transport, technology and infrastructure. She served five years, two consecutive terms, on the board of Kitron ASA, a listed Nordic defence electronics manufacturer, and sat on its Compensation Committee. She holds an MBA from Wharton and is Treasurer and Trustee of StrongMinds.

For Baring she structured the Phase 1 Round, built the financial model and the data room, and leads the raise with Dan.
