Privacy notice

When you submit an enquiry, platform registration, or job application through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, role, work email address, optional phone number or LinkedIn profile, and the details of your enquiry, platform, production volumes or application.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess your registration or application, and follow up with you about production capacity or a role. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.

Submissions are delivered to Baring Defence Ltd through a forms processor that transmits the content to our company email inbox. Enquiries are read by our founders and, for applications, by the hiring manager for the role.

We keep enquiry and registration information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us. Application information is kept for the duration of the recruitment process. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@baringdefence.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
